What an amazing dealership When I wife and I moved to Central Michigan last spring, I began to take my Tundra to Toyota of Grand Rapids for service. I was always impressed with the dealership and the team members working there. Fast forward to four weeks ago when my wife required an emergency craniotomy. During the surgery which saved her life, she became paralyzed on her left side. After a week in the neuro ICU, we have spent the last 2 1/2 weeks at The Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in GR. No title Have leased FOUR Toyota Siennas from Al Luke at this dealership (Toyota Grand Rapids) over the past 15 years. Has always been a straightforward, NON intimidating, no waste-of-my-time experience that I am deeply grateful for. Oil change Customer service was excellent. The price seems to be getting more and more expensive. I waited for my car and the wait time was what was expected. The service tech explained what routine service was due but did not push me to have it done.
