Possible fluid leak Needed car checked for possible fluid leak. There was no leak but they did get me in right away to to see if there was an issue.
Oil change Staff is very pleasant. The facility is very clean. The waiting area is very comfortable and that makes it a much more enjoyable experience to start. Very good service with nice people.
Toyota of Grand Rapids I always have a great experience! Tried out their pick up service and it was so easy. I really enjoyed not having to drive to 28th street on my day off. They picked up my car then once services had the vehicle they walked me through what needed to get done. Thanks everyone!
Service Experience Check in/Check out person very friendly, but business like. She followed through on all my requests. Checked my passed records and pointed out a thing or two that would need attention in the near future.
