Regular oil change service Overall, what we would expect for an oil change/service. Service Staff aren't as friendly as other dealerships in the area we've worked with for oil changes/service, but it was average.
Needed a battery quickly! Awesome service as always! Ron Jones is always helpful, and kept us in the loop throughout the entire service of our vehicle. Our car needed a battery and he handled this quickly for us. We really appreciate Ron and the team at Toyota of Grand Rapids Service!!
Good as usual! Purchased and service my car here. Good place all around and friendly people. Great facility and very clean. Would recommend to anybody. Also a large amount of cars to choose from if you are buying.
