Professional and clean! I live with in 2 miles of another Toyota dealer and tried to get them to match Toyota of GR deals and wouldn’t so I have gone to Toyota of GR for 21 years. Very professional and treat me right. Do I have them do all the work on my vehicle? No, it all depends on what it is and if there’s a special.

Quality service I brought my RAV4 hybrid here for Maintenance Service. It was excellent service and the service provided was quick, increased my car’s efficiency. Before, my MPG showed 40, now 43 after servicing here. Awesome.

Routine service for my car Two hours worth of work done per the regular maintenance schedule for the mileage (150k) with no water, coffee or tea available it was a really long two hours. Should have given the customer a heads up that the waiting area was BYO now.
