This dealership will only let you finance with their lenders. They could care less if you get the best financing deal and only want their kickbacks. You as the customer do not matter to them.

Most horrible car buying experience if my life. I was bullied into a car I can't afford and not even that, that I don't like on top of it. I am so displeased and the salesman was very inappropriate with me and my friend. Danny the gm is as crooked as they come. Highly do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.

Watch out for last minute surprise fees on USED vehicles. They called it "options" They weren't vehicle options for example premium radio. They were oil change, cleaning, safety check, etc. The fees weren't listed at all. Just a lump sum of $2,700 Nice people, just sadly a bad gotcha surprise near the end.

Zero stars isn't an option. Overall beware. Get it in writing with signatures. Went in on a used car based on a price the sales associate quoted me. Took pictures of the sales sheet that night waiting for a cleaning the next morning before the car was ready. Next morning - different higher price. Sales manager (Danny) was very upset with me saying he didn't agree to the price the associate had shown me. Sounds like a bait and switch to me? Totally lived up to the used car salesman name and stigma.

Very frustrated with the service side. I was sent a coupon for an oil change, and when I got to the service desk, I showed it to the young girl that helped me and said I shouldn't have received that email because I don't own Toyota, however I did buy my vehicle from the Texas Toyota and have taken it in for service multiple times. No where on the coupon did it state that it was for Toyota vehicles only. They did not honor the coupon/discount. Not sure why they're sending coupons people can't use.

I had previously decided never again for Texas Toyota but they send me a coupon for a free oil change which was too good of an offer to ignore. I made my appointment for 3PM on a Thursday and headed to the dealership. When I got there I was greeted promptly by the gentleman working the area and then waited a while for the Service Advisor. Sold me a car that turned out to need about %10 of the sale price in repairs, despite their salesperson Jamal telling me that all their cars (including the non-certified ones like what I bought) pass a 100-something point inspection. After less than a week it started to have problems, I brought it to their service center and the service advisor said that the damage should have been obvious to them and that he would contact the dealership management to try to get them to cover the repairs. These guys are cheats! Sold me a 2019 Camry with 29k miles last year. In a few months the alternator went bad. Turned out they knew about it and sold asis. Tried to reach their mgr Neil and the snakey sales guy, both promised to help but didn't do thing. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. They don't deserve a single star.
