A very good experience
It was good.
Without a scheduled appointment, Shawn greeted me with a smile and made me feel like I did schedule it. The dealership was very busy, and the repair took a little longer, but all got done as expected.
Everything was quick and we'll explained during drop off and pick up. Very friendly and helpful.
Luis was great. Very professional and helpful. My wait time was minimal.
We appreciated being able to get our vehicle in within a few days. Nothing urgent to be done, just nice to get it done.
I loved the level service Jennifer Garringer gave me. I came in for the passenger airbag recall and my car went in at 3pm and was finished in an hour. I was very pleased with the waiting room and how clean the building was in and out. Thank you for this great experience.
