Thanks to the amazing Sales Rep Lindsay and later Buss. Mgr. Maxwell, I walked in with the new Sienna Hybrid without any doubt of being in the wrong place, entire staff helped to understand the process, the finance team also pitched to give better finance options, and also many ways to get the fund from different sources. I can always count on quality service and work, and in an unusual recent situation, extensive time, patience and help dealing with inferior brake job done by another company. Nicholas Schriner, Service Manager, and Brandon Pineda, Service Advisor, literally spent hours patiently helping me with a very difficult situation and made it possible for me to reach a reasonable solution with the other company.
