2005 Camry. I own a 2005 Camry with 300,000 miles on it. Toyota North made two important repairs which ensured my and my 17-year-old daughter's continued safety. I am grateful to Bret Rise, Lou Simmet and the service department for their thoroughness and professionalism.

Service Department I have always had good service at Toyota of North Charlotte. Even their routine oil change is comprehensive checking 30+ inspection points. They let you know if something needs attention and give you the option to make corrections.to your vehicle. I have had service done on my Toyota as well as my Dodge Caravan.
Another satisfied visitor! Scheduled an inspection and mentioned to Lou Simmet that my AC seemed like it wasn't working a full capacity. Lou understood that our Charlotte temperatures have been horrendous but agreed to check the system. As always, I was treated with respect and Lou tweaked the system so that the AC is blowing cold again!
awesome First of all I want to say thank you to Toyota of North Charlotte on how y'all had treated me and my family every time we bring our car in to get it serviced, I came in and didn't even make an appointment and they took me right in, give me an oil change and rotate my tires, it is just awesome the way they treated me free coffee TV Lounge area it had me in and out within 40 minutes I think it's just awesome the young man that waiting on me Eric Olsen treated me with the utmost respect and I just want to say thank you ... read more
Great Service I had been scheduled an appointment to have window tint put on my new Tacoma. When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by a few different specialists. I met Ty Cooke and he was the best to deal with. We ran into a small problem with not having a rental car available for me, but Ty got that taken care of within minutes. The tint job was completed within 24 hours and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks Ty and Toyota of North Charlotte for the great experience.
