Rachel Fichtel, Serivice @ Toyota Rachel Fichtel promptly greeted me as I exited my 2014 RAV4. Rachel, thank you for your very professional, courteous, and respectful attitude.. Rachel asked and carefully listened to my requests for maintenance and concerns about one of my tires. When the culprit was found, a nail in the front driver's tire, Rachel informed me and suggested some options for repair/replacement. State Inspection Brought my wife's van in for a state inspection and Bret Rise helped me. It was a great experience the van was ready when I picked it up at lunch time.
Great experience since day one of purchase. I just completed my 30,000 mile service and it was the first service I've had to pay for since my purchase with only 6 miles on the vehicle. I feel that it's a fair price for service and it's comforting knowing that you've had the same service department working on my vehicle since day one. I don't feel like the recommendations given to me were to take advantage or up sell the service, but were legitimate suggestions for preventative maintenance with no pressure to do so.
