Excellent Customer Service with Bret Rise I have been very pleased with customer service at Toyota of North Charlotte. Bret Rise helped me to feel at ease regarding my recent maintenance appointment. State Inspection Brought my wife's van in for a state inspection and Bret Rise helped me. It was a great experience the van was ready when I picked it up at lunch time.
Great experience since day one of purchase. I just completed my 30,000 mile service and it was the first service I've had to pay for since my purchase with only 6 miles on the vehicle. I feel that it's a fair price for service and it's comforting knowing that you've had the same service department working on my vehicle since day one. I don't feel like the recommendations given to me were to take advantage or up sell the service, but were legitimate suggestions for preventative maintenance with no pressure to do so. Excellent service from Eric Olsen I received excellent service from Eric on my latest maintenance appointment for my Corolla as I have on all my vehicle appointments over the past several years.
good workmanship and excellent staff I knew I was to hav to get tires sooner or later but your people have told me several times "you have some miles left". When I went in for this sevice and was told I needed to get them, I didn't hesitate. I trust the people who work there.
Body Shop Staff Kendra Tipton was extremely helpful during the process of having my car repaired. Her estate was accurate and the car was done when she said it would be. She also took the time to call to inform me she would be out of town on the day of pick up but Lindsey would be able to help me...and she did. I REALLY missed my Toyota even more after driving a Non-Toyota for a week. Thanks ladies for EXCELLENT service.
"Excellent Service" I'm very pleased with the excellent service I received from Lou Simmet. He always answers all my questions about my Camry and addresses any issues I may have with the car. Excellent Service from Kendra Tipton in the Collision Center I have had the opportunity to work with Kendra Tipton on two occasions over the past two months. Dealing with car accidents and insurance companies can be very difficult but Kendra made these two experiences relatively painless. Kendra has excellent communication and explains everything in great detail to the consumer. Each vehicle that was repaired looked better after the unfortunate accident.
