He is very attentive to exactly what your needs are when you take your automobile to Toyota of North Charlotte to get service. He gets the job done right the first time. Bret Rise was EXCELLENT as a CS Rep for Service As soon as I arrived at the service center and entered the door, Mr. Rise was there with a smile and eager to help meet my needs. He was professional, courteous, obviously knew his business. He had a good sense of humor because when I asked if the car could be run through their carwash, he replied, "We don't wash white cars on Tuesday". Then he grinned! Excellent, friendly service that had me in and out! I was very happy with the level of service that I received from Rob Milligan and the service team. Rob was friendly and accommodating, and had me in and out in the time that he promised. Excellent Service Connor did a thorough job explaining to me the issues i had with my car, he was very patient explaining again and again when i did not fully understand the issue. The initial quote was honored to the end despite a discrepancy with the price at the final printout and i did appreciate that!
