He is very attentive to exactly what your needs are when you take your automobile to Toyota of North Charlotte to get service. He gets the job done right the first time. Bret Rise was EXCELLENT as a CS Rep for Service As soon as I arrived at the service center and entered the door, Mr. Rise was there with a smile and eager to help meet my needs. He was professional, courteous, obviously knew his business. He had a good sense of humor because when I asked if the car could be run through their carwash, he replied, "We don't wash white cars on Tuesday". Then he grinned!
