good workmanship and excellent staff I knew I was to hav to get tires sooner or later but your people have told me several times "you have some miles left". When I went in for this sevice and was told I needed to get them, I didn't hesitate. I trust the people who work there.
Body Shop Staff Kendra Tipton was extremely helpful during the process of having my car repaired. Her estate was accurate and the car was done when she said it would be. She also took the time to call to inform me she would be out of town on the day of pick up but Lindsey would be able to help me...and she did. I REALLY missed my Toyota even more after driving a Non-Toyota for a week. Thanks ladies for EXCELLENT service.
"Excellent Service" I'm very pleased with the excellent service I received from Lou Simmet. He always answers all my questions about my Camry and addresses any issues I may have with the car. When I re-located here, I chose this dealership for my less than one year old auto and Lou was my service advisor from that time to the present. I'm very pleased with Toyota of North Charlotte.

Excellent Service from Kendra Tipton in the Collision Center I have had the opportunity to work with Kendra Tipton on two occasions over the past two months. Dealing with car accidents and insurance companies can be very difficult but Kendra made these two experiences relatively painless. Kendra has excellent communication and explains everything in great detail to the consumer. Each vehicle that was repaired looked better after the unfortunate accident. Warranty service I had set up an appointment to have a 10,000 maintenance, including oil and filter change and a tire rotation on 5/18. I was met promptly by Edwin Montalvo, who inquired about the warranty service and any other issues. I mentioned an issue I was having with the cruise control stalk lighting which had not been properly repaired at the 5,000 mile visit. Friendly, Knowledgeable Service I made an appointment for 2015 Camry's 10000 service. Lou Simmet met me at my car and welcomed me to the dealership. Very friendly! He explained what services were to be completed and said it would take approx. 1 hour. He also noted that my registration would be expiring in less than 2 months and that this would be a good time to get the inspection done and that it would save me an additional trip. brake check Went in for a rear brake check. They just needed cleaning and adjustments which they did. They were also able to take care of a safety recall, at check out I got a price on a mud flap, they had it and installed it for me. Great service. I always have a great service when there. All the staff is excellent. Thank you. I have to also mention great service from Eric Olson whom I have dealt with in past services
Service Advisor My wife and I have leased two Camrys from Toyota Of North Charlotte over the past four years. We have always dealt with Ty Cooke as our Service Advisor. Ty is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Even though we live almost an hour drive away, it is people like Ty that keep us coming back to your dealership!
