Excellent Service Connor did a thorough job explaining to me the issues i had with my car, he was very patient explaining again and again when i did not fully understand the issue. The initial quote was honored to the end despite a discrepancy with the price at the final printout and i did appreciate that!
Happy with results! I took my Rav4 in for an inspection the other day and was very well treated by Will Gaddy. It did not take long at all (less time than expected). So of course I was thrilled. Somehow my GPS had stopped talking to me so a very nice gentleman helped correct this for me. Then I had a rubbed place on the side of my vehicle and a gentlemen in the service dept used a miracle cream and rubbed it out so you could not see it any more. Needless to say I was very happy when I left there.
First visit after moving VA to NC Our 110,000 mile service on our Sienna, after five years with a very good dealer in northern Virginia (Miller Toyota of Manassas). Eric Olsen and this dealership were every bit as good, but surprisingly different in the details. A great waiting area, and when we needed a couple of hours more work than expected, they shuttled us to a nearby restaurant where we had a leisurely lunch.
Great customer Service My service representative was Rob Mulligan he was informative, helpful and the service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I always think the cost is higher than it should be however.
10,000 mile maintenance In for 10,000 maintenance. Was handled quickly and professionally by Bret Rise. Waited in the comfortable environment and was very happy with my total experience. would definitely recommend this service department.
