Very satisfying service experience Lou Simmet was there to greet me when I pulled my car into the service area. Lou got the paperwork in order and got my car in for service almost immediately. As soon as my car was done being serviced, Lou came and got me so I could check out and be on my way. The overall time from check in until I checked out was very minimal and less than I expected.
maintenance visit Excellent service. Eric Olsen always does a very good job answering any questions I have and making sure the work is done in a timely manner.
Great Experience Eric always looks out for me. Went in for a state inspection and he saw that I was real close to my next schedule maintenance and let me know. That saved me a trip.
Service Group Paul and LKN Toyota have both been servicing my vehicles (Land Cruisers, Lexus, FJ's and even a Mazda CX5) since this location was opened. Paul assigned Edwin to me about 2 years ago and he has continued the fine service that I have experienced over the years. My children know to trust them as well with their vehicles.
Conner is great! Conner McCullough is the best service manager thus far he listens and takes good care of my car. I won't go if he is not working. I learned that from experience. Excellent Service Department I've had my Highlander serviced here many times, everyone is friendly and helpful. Eric Olsen was our Service Rep for the 50,000 mile service. Very nice young man. I always trust North Lakes Toyota with my Hughlander.
