Service Group Paul and LKN Toyota have both been servicing my vehicles (Land Cruisers, Lexus, FJ's and even a Mazda CX5) since this location was opened. Paul assigned Edwin to me about 2 years ago and he has continued the fine service that I have experienced over the years. My children know to trust them as well with their vehicles.
Conner is great! Conner McCullough is the best service manager thus far he listens and takes good care of my car. I won't go if he is not working. I learned that from experience. Excellent Service Department I've had my Highlander serviced here many times, everyone is friendly and helpful. Eric Olsen was our Service Rep for the 50,000 mile service. Very nice young man. I always trust North Lakes Toyota with my Hughlander.

Standard Service and Annual Inspection I have been using the Service Department here at Toyota of North Charlotte since 2007. The Service Managers at this location are always friendly, helpful and honest. Lou Simmet has been helping me this past year and I appreciate his help and attention. I will continue to utilize the service department here for the years to come.
Replacement of key remote Brett Rise was very helpful to me when I came in to Toyota of North Charlotte to replace my car remote key. He explained what needed to be done and how long it would take.
