Service appointment for oil change/ 50,000 mi Excellent reception, diagnosis and recommendations for my car. Explained in detail EFI cleaning . That was timely my car had been running a little rough. Timely pickup professional demeanor and conversation.
Reassuring The Service representative, Lou Simmet, greeted me warmly despite my not having an appointment, listened to my concerns, and was reassuring that the department would do their best to ensure my safety. After the car was evaluated he was very specific in describing what needed to be done, again to ensure safety. He recognized and honored my budget constraints, and offered alternatives. He gave me an accurate time schedule for the work to be done that day and for followup.
Quick and easy, I dropped my Tundra off for an oil change without having an appointment. Mr. Bret Rise greeted me happily and let me know that he would get my truck squared away as soon as he could. Bret clearly explained what other service was due and asked me if I wanted a complimentary car wash after the job was complete. Excellent service! Bret Rise is a joy to work with when bringing my car in for a service checkup! He is professional and always has a smile on his face! He explains exactly what is going to be done and how long it will take! I never mind waiting because I can read or use my iPad in their comfortable waiting area! There is also complimentary coffee! Or a grill Where you can buy food if you are hungry! I love my year old Camry and would not take it any where else for service! Thank you for your excellent service with a smile!
"Outstanding visit" I came to Toyota of North Charlotte because of Bret Wise. He was my service advisor for several years at another dealer. When he left, I being to ask around and finally found he was at North Charlotte location. So I drive 20 miles out of my way to have my cars service, because Bret has a wonderful personality, very courtesy, polite and trustworthy. Regular maintenance I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Russell Martin was my first point of contact in the service department. I did not have an appointment and he told me my services would be done in about an hour. I received a phone call while I was waiting and I had a family emergency that required me to leave immediately. Toyota always means quality service and helpful advice. I always take my Toyota to their service department and have Will Gaddy take care of my situation. In so doing I KNOW it will be resolved quickly and efficiently. Not only is Will an excellent service writer but he also has a great personality and he's very easy to work with. I will continue to take my Toyota Tacoma to Toyota and have Will take care of it. I know it will be in good hands !
