Quick and easy, I dropped my Tundra off for an oil change without having an appointment. Mr. Bret Rise greeted me happily and let me know that he would get my truck squared away as soon as he could. Bret clearly explained what other service was due and asked me if I wanted a complimentary car wash after the job was complete. Even without having an appointment my truck was ready in less than 2 hours. It puts my mind at ease knowing that Bret Rise is looking after me and my Tundra. Excellent service! Bret Rise is a joy to work with when bringing my car in for a service checkup! He is professional and always has a smile on his face! He explains exactly what is going to be done and how long it will take! I never mind waiting because I can read or use my iPad in their comfortable waiting area! There is also complimentary coffee! Or a grill Where you can buy food if you are hungry! I love my year old Camry and would not take it any where else for service! Thank you for your excellent service with a smile!
"Outstanding visit" I came to Toyota of North Charlotte because of Bret Wise. He was my service advisor for several years at another dealer. When he left, I being to ask around and finally found he was at North Charlotte location. Regular maintenance I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Russell Martin was my first point of contact in the service department. I did not have an appointment and he told me my services would be done in about an hour. I received a phone call while I was waiting and I had a family emergency that required me to leave immediately. Toyota always means quality service and helpful advice. I always take my Toyota to their service department and have Will Gaddy take care of my situation. In so doing I KNOW it will be resolved quickly and efficiently. Not only is Will an excellent service writer but he also has a great personality and he's very easy to work with. I will continue to take my Toyota Tacoma to Toyota and have Will take care of it. I know it will be in good hands !

Regular Maintenance I went in for mt 25,000 mile maintenance visit. Connor McCullough met me outside. He's a very pleasant young man, great personality. Afterwards, he went over what was/wasn't found. I will be continuing my service at this dealership.
Service I want to thank Bret Rise for his excellent professionalism. He was my service advisor at another dealership for about 10 years and when I moved I hated that I was going to have to begin working with someone else. Well, I went in for my first service and there was Bret. I was surprised and pleased to be able to continue working with Bret. He brings professionalism, courtesy, and friendship with him and I am glad I still get to work with him.
