A good experience!!! I was very please with Rob Milligan in the service department. He made sure that I understood everything about the service I was getting. Although I didn't get everything working he made it worth the trip.
Superior service I recently had some damage to my car caused by a large chunk of ice flying off an 18 wheeler. The folks at the body shop, namely Kendra Tipton were so helpful and good to work with. When the repair cost turned out to be more than the estimate due to hidden damage, she contacted my insurance company and worked everything out. Lou Simmet and Service Dept Lou Simmet was the service representative that met me as I drove up for my 25,000 miles routine service. He was most professional and efficient. He let me know what was to be done and answered any questions I had. Before I even mentioned that I wanted to get the state inspection, he mentioned it having seen the upcoming expiration on the car tag. He directed me to the waiting area. Service Department Very pleased with how detailed oriented the staff present each time I come in to have my vehicle serviced. Staff is always tentative for what service my vehicle requires with a great deal of passion as well as showing me how I can save on the recommended repairs from coupons offered through the dealership website.
nice atmosphere I do not like going to any dealership. But, every time I go Toyota of N Charlotte, the service dept is very nice. Bret Rise met me at my car and directed me to a pleasurable waiting area. Though I was only in for an inspection, I had to have work done a few months ago and still same great atmosphere. Bret even got my car done earlier which was awesome. Kudos to the service dept!
