Highly Recommend I recently took my Toyota Highlander in for routine maintenance. I was greeted warmly and professionally by Bret Rise, who checked me in and made notes about a couple of concerns I had. Great Experience I usually never really have a problem with Toyota of North Charlotte. If I did, I wouldnt have leased a car there but I have seen great improvements in the service over the years and all I can say is that it was great and Connor Mccollough, at my most recent experience, did an excellent job. I actually hate doing the whole service thing. The wait and boredom for me can be tasking but I had no issues and Connor made me feel that my car was in good hands. SOOO two thumbs up and cant wait for the next service.
Connor Mccullough Was great in service ! Very friendly and professional! Always greets me with a smile, and the cafe is always smelling good. I have purchased three cars there and will continue to purchase my future cars there.
My first service experience was excellent Everyone at Toyota is great. They meet and greet you with excellent customer service skills and make sure you are taking care. I just recently purchased a Toyota Camry and it was time for my first 5,000 mile check up.
