Sales and Service Have purchased several vehicles here. This is the best dealership we've ever dealt with. Chris Supple has always worked with us on purchases. Always take vehicles back for service, even tho it is a fairly long drive from where we live, because they provide excellent customer service. Dealt with Lou Simmet this last time.
Great Service Connor Mccolluogh did a great job handling my service needs. When I asked him about tires, he pointed out a sale buy 3 get 1 free and I also got a Michelin rebate form. The atmosphere at the dealership is very pleasant and the food bar is a nice touch, since most of us customers are coming from or going to someplace and it is nice to know you can get a variety of items at the dealership. Superior Service Every Time! whether its routine, major or warranty service this place gets it right every time! I've had the pleasure of working with most of the service professionals here over the years. The last visit which was just for a warranty dash replacement was business as usual. This time I worked with Mr. Rob Milligan, another terrific advisor and great addition to the team! Realistic time estimate From the friendly greeting upon arrival in the service pull through, thru the conversation with my service advisor, it is the people and the quality of service that keeps me returning to Toyota of North Charlotte. On my most recent visit, Bret Rise wanted to be sure I knew that they were quite busy, and my unscheduled preventive maintenance may take several hours. Customer service Very pleased with the customer service provided by Eric Olsen. He was courteous and professional. We prefer to bring our car to this dealership to have it serviced, even though the drive is further for us, as opposed to going to another dealership that is closer by. The overall customer service experience is better and so is the price for the maintenance work.

l;ong wait time Service given was good. however wait time long. over an hour. and I had a 12pm appointment. And others that did not have appointment was taken and made me wonder what is the use of making appointment, if I can just show up and get service just as quick.
