Customer service Very pleased with the customer service provided by Eric Olsen. He was courteous and professional. We prefer to bring our car to this dealership to have it serviced, even though the drive is further for us, as opposed to going to another dealership that is closer by. The overall customer service experience is better and so is the price for the maintenance work.

l;ong wait time Service given was good. however wait time long. over an hour. and I had a 12pm appointment. And others that did not have appointment was taken and made me wonder what is the use of making appointment, if I can just show up and get service just as quick.

Excellent Service Just received excellent service from my advisor Bret Rise. Bret had to order a part for my car and as soon as the part was in, he contacted me and we schedule a time to have it replaced. Bret is professional and courteous.He makes you feel very comfortable and therefore I know my car is in good hands while being service at Toyota of North Charlotte. Wonderful Dealership!!
Recall service Nice job on the dashboard! Although there is a distinct odor now, perhaps from the installation process? They also took care of another outstanding recall, so that was nice. They said they would wash the car for me, but the guy said he couldn't take off the antenna, so he didn't wash it! Really?! Who takes off an antenna to wash the car? Does the antenna even come off?
A good experience!!! I was very please with Rob Milligan in the service department. He made sure that I understood everything about the service I was getting. Although I didn't get everything working he made it worth the trip.
Superior service I recently had some damage to my car caused by a large chunk of ice flying off an 18 wheeler. The folks at the body shop, namely Kendra Tipton were so helpful and good to work with. When the repair cost turned out to be more than the estimate due to hidden damage, she contacted my insurance company and worked everything out.
