Scheduled Service experience with Edwin Montalvo It is extremely convenient to be able to schedule service appointments at this dealership. There is a comfortable waiting area while the work is done, and the area has even been improved with a snack bar. There are nice barriers between work table areas and the TV set, so time waiting can be productive with a laptop. Maintenance They called me to let me know my car was scheduled for maintenance. I was impressed and everything was done professionally and on time! I trust their service.
Service Review I would highly recommend service at this location, but not sales: they (and particularly Brad Hoover) are unwilling to work with us on buying our4th Toyota where another location was. Service though, as I said, is excellent!

Bret is a professional at his job, takes time to explain the work that is going to be done as well as answers any questions that I have about any upcoming services. I need some additional service done in the near future and will be contacting Bret directly to schedule. I would recommend Bret to anyone.
Bret Rise is great to work with Very helpful and got my car serviced quickly with no issues. I was in an out in under an hour. I will be back for the next service
Lou Simmet in the service department Lou Simmet is wonderful to work with. I trust him with both our cars. I even drive from South Charlotte to North Charlotte just to use this dealership.
Quick Excellent Service Brought in my vehicle for scheduled maintenance. Every was extremely helpful and Rob (Milligan) was extremely efficient and had me taken care of in minutes. It was my first time at this dealership and Rob took care of everything and had my car being serviced in no time. It took under an hour to complete the maintenance and I left as quickly as I was taken care of. A+ service, will be going back for all future needs.
