Good customer service Eric, in the service department, did an excellent job of correcting what could have been a very poor customer experience. He not only took the time to listen to my concerns but saw to it that a solution we all could agree upon was reached. It’s refreshing to see that people like Eric still do care about customer service! I will definitely be coming back here in the future for my automotive needs.
Sean Matanovic was such a great help to us Traveling from CT to FL last Saturday, my wife and I (65,75) had our battery system light come on on rt81, about 75 miles from rt77. My wife called Sean who told us they had the part and would be open until 7pm. He calmed our fears and guided us the hour and 1/2 to the dealership. Once there he got a mechanic on the job immediately. Unfortunately the engine was too hot, freezing the bolts, making it impossible to remove the alternator. Service I brought my car in on a Monday morning, and it was ready by 2pm that same day! Edwin was excellent in updating me and emailing me through out the entire experience and it brought a lot of piece of mind. Also the pricing was great, was quoted for more, but when I went to pick up my car the service actually costs less, which was a pleasant surprise!!
Good Team Everyone is pretty good at what they do! Went in for a routine service visit and left with a new vehicle. I don’t see Wesley’s name below but he did a great job, as well.
