Excelent Service I like to share my experience at Toyota of North Charlotte. I brought my 2012 Toyota corolla with out an appointment and Edwin Montalvo came out and took care of my care. Most of all I appreciate the fact that I was attended in my native language ( Spanish). He did his job with professionalism and show interest in resolved all my matters.
Curb Fight After going over an unmarked curb to a restaurant entramce, some shileds were dislodged underneath my 2017 RAV4. When I took my vehicle in to be checked, Lou Simmet greeted me with a smile. He carefully listend to my story and wrote notes accordingly. After the diagnosis. Lou explained the damange as well as my options for repair. Lou is very professional in his work and I would recommned him for help servcing your vehicle.
edwin montalvo Edwin was very professional and friendly. I went in for 10,000 mile service and my vehicle was done before the time he stated. I was impressed with the service

Fast and expert service Brought my van in without and appointment and it was done ridiculously fast. Always happy with the service and attention to detail I get from Toyota of N Charlotte.
Total Satisfaction Ty Cooke was so very attentive from the moment I arrived and checked on questions I had and went out of his way to see that my service was done in a timely manner.
Good experience. Connor McCullough, our Toyota rep was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The repairs and service to the vehicle seem to have been done right and were completed in a timely manner. My only negative is I think the cost for the brake service is higher than can be gotten at other reputable service dealers.
Sales and Service Have purchased several vehicles here. This is the best dealership we've ever dealt with. Chris Supple has always worked with us on purchases. Always take vehicles back for service, even tho it is a fairly long drive from where we live, because they provide excellent customer service. Dealt with Lou Simmet this last time.
Great Service Connor Mccolluogh did a great job handling my service needs. When I asked him about tires, he pointed out a sale buy 3 get 1 free and I also got a Michelin rebate form. The atmosphere at the dealership is very pleasant and the food bar is a nice touch, since most of us customers are coming from or going to someplace and it is nice to know you can get a variety of items at the dealership.
