Outstanding Service I have been a loyal client of the Toyota of North Charlotte Service Center for over a year now. The service I have received during that time has been exceptional. 30k Miles As I drove into the maintenance reception area, a young man promptly came out to greet me and receive my RAV4. He gave me some basic info and directed me to the Service Manager, Edwin Montalvo. I appreciated that Edwin Montalvo explained what the service would be, the estimated cost, and approximately how long it would take. Great service fast! Rob Milligan made sure that my car that was towed in after I blew out two tires on the way to work got repaired by the time the Service Center closed that night (within two hours). I was able to pick up my car on Christmas Eve morning. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.
2017 RAV4 - Springs Darryl Nesbitt, through his directness, the numbers, and the bottom line benefit to me, proved the sensibleness of my making a new purchase. I had only come in for regular maintenance for my 2014 RAV4, which had 6 months remaining on the lease. Darryl explained in detail how now was the best time for me to take action.
