I purchased a long awaited for Prius last year from Rod Shogren. I have always wanted a prius, however, dreaded dealing with salesmen...i am a single woman and always feel taken advantage of. I was referred to Rod and probably drove him nuts calling him constantly with questions. He was so professional and so knowledgeable and so patient. He was always kind and courteus with me and i never felt stupid with the questions i had. I would hightly recommend Rod to any of my friends who are interested in purchasing a Toyota.
When I stopped in at Broadway Toyota I had no intention of buying a car, just kick the tires and see what happens. I left with a 2010 Prius V. I believe I was treated fairly and had a very conscientious, knowledgeable salesman in Ken Scott. The entire experience was without hiccup. I would recommend Mr. Scott to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you Mr. Scott.
I called ahead to verify the car I saw online was there before I went over to test drive. Rodd said he'd get the car up front and ready to go for me. He did. Rodd made my experience pressure free and un-rushed. I appreciate that. He also went out of his way to get me some touch up paint (it was a used car) and called to followup the following week.
These guys did an outstanding job :). I've got a RAV4, I felt that it's too tight and came back to them and they were very nice to me. Especially the sales manger (Gorge) this guy did an outstanding job with me. At first they were going to trade the RAV4, which I got just two days ago!!. Then Gorge came and talked to me and canceled the deal and just took the RAV4 back and gave me what I want the Highlander :). I called three different toyota dealerships to get the price quotes on a 2010 Prius, all prices were within a few hundred dollars. At Broadway Toyota I talked with Medhi (I believe he is the sales manager and later with Anna). they responded quickly and when i got there they had the vehicle ready for us. Surprisingly enough there was no bait and switch or any old sales tactics the price they quoted me was the price I paid and they even beat my credit unions APR. I had a very pleasant experience in purhcasing a new Camry from Broadway Toyota. Ian Killough was knowledgable, friendly and extremely helpful in facilitating the purhcase. I was in and out of the showroom in approximately 1.5 hours, and, experienced no hassles or unwanted pressure during the process. Erika was very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Great price. Nice atmosphere. Good playroom, but could use some more toys. The price was right. They detailed my new car, and even filled the gas tank. Can't believe it has a 600 mile range.
