Great service, nice people, not pushy, not boring, and right to the point. I'm a first time buyer and had never even been in a brand new car. I walked in knowing what I wanted, and ended up with exactly that. They didn't try to presuade me into something more expensive or with stuff I didn't need. The Team of Ken, Pete, Chris & Dea made buying a new car actually enjoyable! We left with the car of our choice, no unwanted extras, a more than fair deal, and good feelings overall. We were particularly impressed by the way the entire dealt with both members of the buying party (husband & wife), and the lack of pressure to buy something we did not want nor need. My wife and made an appointment to test drive a 2008 Highlander that we seen on the Broadway Toyota web site. Nate Taylor was so helpfull, never pushy, we drove the Highlander and a Rav4 for comparision looked at a couple of other SUV's all the time Nate kept answering our endless questions. I arrived at Broadway Toyota with the idea that it might be time to look for a new vehicle. My current vehicle just took a dump on me, and I really was just tired of being without a running vehicle. Ian and Broadway Toyota provided a WONDERFUL, hassle-free experience. There was no pushy sales talk, no pressure, and I was out the door and in my new Prius in no time. They did a fabulous job getting us into a more reliable Scion! Ron Register and Medhi did a superb job even with my "lil" attitude I gave them! We will be back there for other car purchases, and that's the first time I can say this without cringing. The last car dealership lost my business!
Although I didn't end up purchasing my new Highlander at Broadway, I have to mention that Nic Clough, the salesman who worked with me, was amazing. The thing I can't stand about buying a car is the high pressure salespeople who keep you there for hours...that's not Nic! He doesn't pressure and is so friendly and helpful. Broadway just couldn't offer the best price, my husband is quite the price shopper! I appreciated the kind service I received at Broadway. I hope to work with him again in the future!
This Toyota dealer has a very friendly and excellence customer service, especially Amilie! She doesn't put any pressure on you, while she's a very caring person and she just made the whole experience became so personal that I loved it so much!!
