Amilie spent a lot of time listening to my needs and was very patient. We ended up buying a VW passat wagon at another dealership. Even though we didn't buy at Broadway Toyota, I would recommend Amilie to others who are shopping for cars. She wasn't pushy, and seemed to really care about helping me find the right car that would fit my needs.
We have recently bought a Toyota Camry from Broadway Toyota. We live in Bend, OR and had a very bad experience with the toyota showroom in Bend and this is the reason which took us to broadway toyota. As we live 150 miles(approx) away from this showroom, eventhough all the things were discussed over phone and we were totally satisfied with the service and drove that long and bought a new car from them.
I went to Broadway Toyota not really knowing which Toyota I wanted. I test drove several vehicles to see what felt right for me. Mario Castro was very relaxed and his no-pressure approach allowed me to truly make an informed choice rather than being pushed into a vehicle. That's truly how it should be done. I would recommend Broadway Toyota to anyone looking for a Toyota product. I purchased a new CrewMax Tundra Platinum edition. From the very beginning, everyone involved with my purchase were very professional and very effecient with their time. Ken Scott is presumably the friendliest person I have ever met at a car dealership. I am usually intimidated of car dealerships because the pushy salesmen tend to make me feel very vulnerable but this experience at Broadway with Ken has ensured that every other vehicle I buy will be from here as long as I am in Oregon. To cut a long story short, I just bought a new 2010 LE Toyota Sienna. Ken was awesome. This was a very positive purchasing experience. Broadway Toyota's new facilities are very spacious and comfortable, creating a relaxed feeling. The sales staff was friendly without being at all aggressive. Our sales person, Larry Harrel, was very accommodating in helping us to find and test drive a car that matched our criteria. Daniel was very friendly and had a very upbeat attitude. And tried to help me get a car that I would like beacuse I went there not know what I wanted if I wanted anything.And he didnt try to push me into buying a car. Chris was fast and efficent on getting the finance paper work printed up and explained everything and made sure that I understood everything as I was signing it. And made sure that I understood the warranty package that I had bought with the vehicle. Both the guys did outstanding jobs!!
Larry was very friendly and helpful throughout the process of buying our 2010 Toyota Camry. He was patient with our many questions and was knowlegable about the features in the various models. We would highly recommend him to friends and family. He was great! Linda Tinker
