Unfortunately I’ve had multiple negative encounters here. The first was an overzealous salesman. There was an error on the car fax report for our trade in (they told us it would have to go to auction and could only give us less than half its value) and kept pushing us to purchase a new car. We let him know we needed to fix the error before continuing but he kept pushing for a sale. This is the worst dealership. Expensive oil changes, ignorance with pending campaign recalls, and they no longer offer Lyft rides anymore. They noticed my skid plate hanging and they skimped and did not replace two missing bolts even though my truck is well under warranty. What a joke of. Dealership. Avoid st all costs. Oh and they still have outrageous markups on new vehicles! Pure greed!
As a father, I co-signed on the purchase of my 20yo daughter's first car with a large down payment and private financing. They sat on the finance paperwork for so long (months), the loan expired. When we re-applied, rates had gone up, costing us an extra $500+ over the life of the loan. What did they teach my 20yo about major purchases? 1. I’m just adding my complaint about waiting an unreasonable amount of time even though I made an appointment. It took over three+ hours for an oil change and service check. I won’t come here again.
Don’t let them touch your car . The worst service for Toyota in the Pdx area .They destroyed my cats with injector service then wanted 3000 to fix. I fixed what they broke for 1000. I will never use them again.
Dropped my car off for a tune up at 7:45. I spoke with the service tech about getting a spare tire for when I’m somewhere remote because the car came with a fix-a-flat and it wasn’t helpful when I was out in the middle of nowhere. He pulled up some tire options and helped me pick one out. He said it’d be 3-4 hours. I got a call at 1:27pm. They send a Lyft for me. Don’t let them touch your car. The worst service for Toyota in the Pdx area. They destroyed my cats with injector service then wanted 3000 plus 700 labor to fix. I had a good shop fix what they broke for 1091.70. I will never use them again. I would love to rate them less than one star.
One of the worst experience I've had in a Toyota dealership. Was looking for a new RAV4 Prime. Found the vehicle on Toyota site, contacted the dealership from there. Sales person quoted a higher price than what was shown through SmartPath online purchase option on Toyota site offered by the dealer. Mentioned it to the sales person and he said "no problem just bring the evidence and we will honor". I had a service scheduled and told them I would wait. I was told about an hour. After driving 28 miles from my house I arrived and was told to leave it all day possibly until the next. When I told them I had an appointment they were t concerned. I asked for a loaner but they would not provide one. They said they’d pay for a lift until I told them how far I needed to go then I was told “Nevermind”….
