I purchased a new 2016 Sequoia at End of March and it had OEM missing paint in passenger door jam that was not noticed at dealership. The vehicle was taken back to be repaired and I got it back yesterday 5/4. If it was'nt for Savanna the customer relation manager at Portland Toyota I would have been very upset. She get me updated and made sure the vehicle was perfect. Thanks KG

Called on a Tues., talked to sales mgr about a car with 19,000 miles, priced at $18,800. They had another, identical car with 35,000 miles for $18,300 so I said I'd look at both. I was making a special trip to Ptd, driving 2 hours in from the coast and back, so I made an appt. for Thurs. I asked him to call me if either one sold, because I didn't want to drive all the way in for nothing. He promised he would. So I get there Thurs. and the first car is gone. No one called me. Found out that I need to change my front brake after 25 k mile use for my 2013 Toyota RAV4 after I change last year from Broadway Toyota . My first brake lasted 45k . I came in for my 60 k service and tire air sign on 23 rd August and had to leave my car for service and came back to pick up on 26 th August . My tire sign was still on and when I tried to tell service member.they tried to tell me it is fine that morning they took out the car in parking lot.. Sad to post this review about Broadway Toyota, we have purchased a few cars from there and still have our truck we bought 5 years ago so when we went in this last weekend to trade our car in we expected good customer service especially since we are returning customers. We had 3 different salesmen, we waited almost an hour for a trade in price, once we made a deal we waited another hour for the finance team. After sales and finance sold me a car everything went downhill. Customer service is horrible, services done to my car sucks (got my car back several different times with things falling off of the car) and overall unhappy with how they treat me (maybe because I look like I'm half my age). Contacted the branch two weeks ago with a complaint, still no response, I'm not surprised. Don't go there, waste of time and effort. I would like to give them negative stars but that is not possible. Royce Sigloh was the most condescending, rude and unhelpful 'service advisor' I've ever dealt with at Broadway Toyota! He was constantly interupting us and insisting on services that we weren't there for or that were even necessary! He would not stop with trying to sell us 4 tires when we were only there for 1. Lastly, he said it would be close to 5 hours to replace the 1 tire, and somehow if we replaced all 4 it would be the same amount of time! What??! Arrived at my scheduled appointment at 7:00am to "beat the crowd" and was told it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait. It actually took just over 2 hours. My service included an oil and filter change, tire rotation and standard fluid level checks, belt check and brake check. Unlike what Toyota promotes, Toyota Care isn't really free if 25% of my work day is spent at the incredibly slow service center.

Brought in my Sequoia to have the rear window motor replaced. After picking up my vehicle my back up camera wouldn't work. had to reschedule another appointment and be without my car for a couple hours they said. After three hours I called and they said they were just doing the paperwork. I went in and waited over another hour for them to finish. Dear car buyer, I hope you do your homework and read these reviews. I did not. I walked into this place with high hopes, it was going to be my first car purchase. After the amount of disrespect and lies I received from this dealership I fell asleep and woke up angry feeling nothing but pure hate for these people. They fit the stereotype of a typical salesman.
