"Car serviced fine, but got it back dirty!" Brought my certified preowned car in for its first service. I was made aware that there would be a recall on the airbags performed at the same time, which I was glad that the parts were not on backorder. " Convenient location; but some cleanup required. " Brought my car in for its first service since I’ve owned it; and was made aware that there would be a recall performed in my car at the same time. "Service " Took my Toyota in for service paid 1,251.00 three weeks later still have an issue now they want me to pay 651.00 more not happy at all
"Replacement of Antennae" I think its me that doesnt relate to your service advisors. This time they didnt seem to have the knowledge to comprehend what I was saying. All in all the antennae was replaced...two parts where they took the header off needed to be snapped into place. This shows me they didnt double check their work
"Finally fixed" I think it unfortunate that some of the safety systems (blind spot detection) on the Toyota RAV4 are easily damaged if the bumpers are hit, even lightly. Maybe it’s not ready for prime time. That said, I think it was finally fixed (and then I traded in the car). The techs said they are seeing a lot of damaged systems. I think the service was fine, but I admit to being disappointed in Toyota

"Service Department" This is a little tough to review, as I would have rated the service department 5 stars for friendliness, however, I feel I have been lied to. I had purchased a 2018 Corolla last Feb, ended up paying 2k more than if I had purchased it at a different Toyota dealer...but that was my own stupid mistake. "Started great, and ended poorly. " We showed up to the dealership to look at a one year old used car. We ended up passing on that particular vehicle in order to purchase a new car they had in show room since the price was close enough that it made sense. We were able to have a friendly negotiation where we got a fair price and did not feel like we were taken advantage of. This entire process was very positive, although once we signed for the car and were waiting on delivery the service took a turn for the worse. We struggle... read more
"Scheduled maintenance " Had a scheduled maintenance appointment in December I wasn’t able to keep. Drove up 1/8/19 no appointment. Was greeted right away and taken to a Service Advisor. Maintenance was completed in no time. Pick up was a breeze. Everything was explained clearly and car pulled around, waiting for me when done with Advisor. Great service department!!!
