It is very dangerous to do business with desperate person. His career is under going he is not trying to sell what he can sell as always blaming on someone's else. Don't buy from Toyota of Portland. It's workforce are not qualifying.
"Kent Scott " Kent Scott is a 4.5 human being but not willing to learn. The desperado always hunger for the sales but doesn't know about Toyota cars. He's constantly has bad customers survey and blame on it customers. He could not answering questions about cars. If you have appointment with Kent Scott don't show up. Toyota of Portland is not recommended.

"Kent Scott, Latif Ahmed and Ezra Are liars" We drove to Portland from Seattle and found out the car we want doesn't have sunroof and NAV. I confirmed with Kent before we left Seattle. Latif said he can put me in the Camry has NAV and sunroof for $2,000 more. When Ezra walked in he said it has to be $2,500. If we know that a head of time we should never have left Seattle. Nope, we didn't buy from Toyota of Portland.
