"Getting screwed" Sold me a used car which needed to be changed parts ( costs 2000 USD) at 30.000 miles. I learned that from their own mechanic. And I asked why they haven't changed ged the parts before I bought the car at 36000 miles. I feel Their salesmen are big bloodsuckers. Thanks for their dishonesty . Now my car Scion xd ready to be sold as it is cause I m not able to fix it even with the +3000 USD I paid for prepaid maintenance. I wouldn't buy any car from them even for free. "Fixed tire" Not sure the thinking behind the design of the tire pressure warning light on the 2013 Prius, but when I discovered that that was my issue and when I discovered that simply applying air pressure to a low tire only temporarily got that strange light to turn off, I took my certified pre owned Toyota into the dealership and found out I had a nail. Fortunately, the kind folks here were able to plug it without replacing the tire. Thanks, team!
"Service Dept. knows nothing about Service" We almost bought our Prius from this dealership until their sales manager tried to scam us by saying that the car we wanted didn't qualify for the Costco car buying program (he didn't know we already had it in writing that it was). When we confronted him with it he then stammered and said he just forgot. We literally walked out and went to another dealer and bought it that afternoon. "Subpar experience " I came in because my lease was ending and I wanted to purchase my vehicle. They shot my info out to Toyota Financial Services and no other bank. TFS rejected me. Their approach was just plain lazy, like why not try other banks?! They just wasted my time.
"Far away from being good!" This dealership ruined my life-time prior great experience with Toyota. Under-trained sale specialists, horrible costumer service, and erroneous yet not responsible service department are their signature. Based on my own experience with this dealership I also believe if you are not a native American, you shouldn't expect to be treated respectfully here!
"The worst dealership I've been too" DON'T GO! If you want to go to a stereotypical, shady dealership then go here. If you want absolutely no negotiations and only the dealers price then go here. If you want a "certified" used car that they have left big problems and not fixed, go here. If you want to spend 5 hours waiting for one car, be pulled through thr ringer, with unknowlegable people, well you've found your place. "Failed on every level" My experience was terrible. I never received a proactive update for my service. I got the text for the service tracker, but that was never updated beyond "vehicle checked in". I repeatedly had to reach out to Service Adviser for updates, frequently requiring multiple attempts to reach out on my end. When I asked for an estimate when I booked my service and again when I dropped off the car, they said it was impossible to give one until they could look at the mirror and see what components were damaged.... read more
"Good vehicle, okay sales staff, shady financing practices" My wife and I thought the staff and service were pretty good at first, but buyer beware when closing the deal. We made it clear throughout that we wanted the financing through our credit union, and the paperwork we signed had our CU's name and address, yet somehow when all was said and done they financed through Toyota instead. We had to pay a second title fee of $93 to refinance through our CU as we clearly stated we wanted all along. I don't even know how they man... read more
"Scheduled a test drive of Prius C and they had none in stock" I scheduled a test drive of Prius C with one of the sales reps. When I showed up, not only was the sales rep not there, they didn't have a Prius C in stock! Another sales rep tried to talk me into driving a regular Prius and signing papers for a Prius C for a future delivery!!!! Not sure where they get such ideas from :-(
