I hate this place, they waste my time everytime.
I brought my car in to get an oil change and state inspection before a trip and wanted to use some promos I saw online. Advisor told me I wasnt due for my oil change but I needed a wheel alignment. I declined and told him I would call back and make another appt. I was only a week away from being due for my oil change but was overdue for my oil change due to mileage. They tried to steal my car by giving me a very low price for my car. I have a 2018 Gmc Sierra in excellent condition with only 39000 miles on it. This dealership try to rip people off. I will ever go back there.

On 3/29/22, the dealership either did not tighten the oil filter properly OR put a faulty oil filter on my vehicle. Almost the entire oil leaked leaving the entire engine full of oil and smoke coming from under the hood in two days. I almost lost the entire engine. I had to buy extra oil from the nearest Walmart and take my car there in order to get the oil and filter replaced on 4/1/22. I am not going to take my car there again.
I booked an appt for 9:10 am & arrived at 9 am. Ramsey advised me the Zaytek was taking 3-4 hr versus my prior treatment that took 2 hrs. I took the shuttle to shop & lunch nearby. After 5 hrs I contacted Ramsey & was advised the car was not ready. Apparently they were working on used cars for sale in between customer appointments.
