I saw their ad on TV about finance deals, but could not find it on their page so I called their finance department. They said they don't know details and would have to talk to new car sales. We spoke about the details, and agreed on everything over the phone. This dealership is a joke. They “pride” themselves on customer service yet lied straight to my face and told me the car I was interested in wasn’t on the lot when I had just inspected the outside. Then the guy changed his story to we won’t sell you that car they found something wrong. Then when I requested to speak to a manager via email and text no call back. When I called and asked for a manager the sales man put me on with another sales man who’s listed on the website as a sales man NOT manager.
Ambush sales tactics. They don’t honor advertised prices. Instead they add thousands of dollars in dealer add-ons and reconditioning fees. I was literally told that they can’t make money if they sell at the advertised price. They are dishonest and unethical.

Do Not buy your next vehicle from Toyota of Richardson. They tag on over 4k on the price of the car vs what's listed on their website. They lie to your face about a deposit being refundable. If this is how they treat a returning customer, I can only imagine how they treat new customers. It's really too bad. I had such a positive experience last time when I purchased a vehicle from them.
They outright lied to get me to come in early for 5k service by telling me the missing key fob was ready. How it takes 2 hours to ‘check fluids’, rotate tires, and apply a sticker on an electric car is beyond me. Wasted half a day and STILL don’t have my key fob.
I have had the worse buying experience at Toyota of Richardson. I bought a 2023 Toyota Camry trd on March 29 and still have not received my plates or the title to the car. They didn’t pay off the car untill I had the car for 94 days. I am still waiting on the title and plates. I will never buy a car from them again. They have done nothing but lie to me about everything. WARNING DONT BUY A CAR FROM TOYOTA OF RICHARDSON.

Tip for others: Do yourself a favor and use Reddit and Google to research honest Toyota dealerships that do not charge an arm and a log in bogus extra fees that they omit over the phone.
