I would recommend Toyota of Richardson. Was helped by Sean. Found the perfect truck for me, and he was willing to work on the price. Had to haggle a bit for my trade in, but got a fair offer. Sean was down to earth with me and is not what you would expect from a salesman. Sean is an honest family man, and I appreciate the hard work he did to help me get into a truck. Thanks Sean!
Stay away from this dealer guys. they have no shame. they don’t honor their advertised price and deals. On top of that they add 6k extra on their website price,and even with excellent credit they tried charging 9% APR. On their website, it clearly says 0% apr on all tundras. Lonnie and Mustafa (new car sales manager) they don’t know how to talk to their customers, they are rude a….oles.
One of the worst dealership experiences of my life. They advertise a car for $27,000 plus $225 documenting fee fees, taxes, title, and license. However, they would not sell us that car without also adding $4000 in “dealer add-ons“. Things like stain protection, and a “GPS unit“. Like it’s 1985, these people don’t understand that when you lie to customers it makes them unhappy. I would not recommend doing business with this people for anything.
I would highly recommend looking for a different toyota dealership with owners whom have integrity, unlike this dealer. Toyota makes a great vehicle but unfortunately dealerships are seperate entities and not all owners are equal. This dealer sold a 2012 Toyota highlander with a bad transmission and told the aftermarket warranty company it was a preexisting condition so the aftermarket warranty denied coverage for.the failure directly after purchasing it from this dealer. Do not go to Toyota of Richardson. We bought a car, and paid extra for warranties. We went in with a perfectly fine car for the 5,000 mile checkup. We left with a giant crack in our windshield (the crack being one inch longer than the warranty covers). Toyota of Richardson admitted it happened under their care, but will not take any responsibility. They did promise to get the "best price possible" on a new windshield.
