Found a 2015 Tundra on their website and I wasn't able to look at it for several days so the salesman (Randy Boston) was great about fielding my frequent calls and answering my questions. I went in feeling confident I would be using my credit union and actually found their lending preferences to be even better. Thanks Toyota of Richardson for a great experience. I plan to be back when my wife needs a new car.
Used to go to dealership alternatives. They don't have Toyota experience or the most recent upgrade info. They don't stand behind their work like TOR does. At TOR, the work is done right, estimates are accurate and if there are issues they take care it. Prices are comparable too.
My wife and I had a great Impression about Toyota of Richardson. We went just for a preview, and end up getting a Highlander. Our sales consult, Mr. Rahman, had superior customer service and the financial department really tried to accommodate to our budget. The whole process was very smooth and fast. Thank you guys!.
My experience with Toyota of Richardson was one of the best in buying a car that I have ever experienced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone...Aaron and Chase were so respectful of what I wanted and needed in a car, and all and all, we had a really enjoyable experience.
