Honestly it was fast and professional, under the dealer warranty it's definitely worth it . But if you need a repair , or oil change when you need to pay out of pocket, it's pretty expensive.
How quickly they serviced my car and returned it to me.
Harris Nguyen, service advisor, was friendly and very helpful. He goes out of his way to provide updates while my husband and I were waiting for our car. The response time for our services were excellent.

I had a very positive experience yesterday at Toyota Richardson. I'd especially like to thank Aaron Cox for his assistance. He absolutely went above and beyond to help me. He even went the extra mile to assist me with my other Tacoma, which has some recalls. Thank you so much to everyone there, especially Aaron.
