The worst car buying experience of my life. I thought that being a Toyota dealer they would have minimum standards, and this dealer is below what I would consider a minimum standard regarding customer service. I was promised pick up at DFW, then when the time came, was ghosted by the salesman. Car was not detailed, as reported on Carfax. Given one broken, duck taped key. See pictures. Trunk lid supports not working. If they throughly inspected the car, like they said, then they would have noticed that. Makes me question ... read more

Toyota richardson service is really bad. I went to change a flat tire. But did the wrong side. I asked to change the right one and they want me to pay for changing the right one. My Toyota is a new one,just bought last January. They refused to change the right one and called the police. Toyota should shame on Brian the service manager. He is more stupid than his employee.

Absolutely DESPICABLE behavior from the Toyota of Richardson dealership, especially CURT MILLS of the Finance Department. We had finished all of our paperwork and had finalized our sale for a car after working through with them for over 6 hours, and then the finance representative came over and said that they would not sell us the car because they got another offer, despite already receiving our signatures and having been 6+ hours in the process of finalizing our purchase. Toyota of Richardson needs some serious help in their service department. We had to drop off our Sequoia for a airbag recall or else I would avoid this place at all costs. We dropped off 7/2, they said they would call us 7/5 at noon. No one ever called… for hours actually. Finally called and after connecting to MULTIPLE different people, we found out our advisor was actually off (cool, we don’t care.) But not a SINGLE other person could tell us what was up with our car or if it was even done. We finally had to drive up there... read more

make sure you look at your paperwork before you sign anything they will add $3k to 5K in so called recon fees on top of the sticker price... and will add fees for extented warranty Clear coatband whatever else... they tried taking advantage of a young single mother in this way ! Because of this there will be a report filed with the attorney generals office for fraud and deceptive practices! i suggest anyone else that has had an issue here to do the same ! The experience buying my car was amazing. I felt very well taken care of by Martin and I don’t think I could’ve asked for a better car buying experience. The issues arose when I requested Blindspot monitors to be put in when I first bought the car, but I was told that it would be ordered and it would be scheduled and I was OK with that. Little did I know the service center would be a disaster. The service was very unorganized from when I dropped my car off to when I picked it up. The Toyota of Richardson Service Department exercises some of the most unethical and fraudulent business practices of any I’ve experienced. Service management and service representative are untruthful, unresponsive to customer needs, and dishonest. After a years-long relationship with this dealership, we will take all of our car service / new-car purchases elsewhere.

Was checking a Tacoma 2022 with (300 miles on it ) after the sales rep ask me to drive down the dealership and he promise to make a deal before I do that I asked him any recon or any other fees besides price listed and TTYL he said NO SIR , I said ok am coming over soon am there they check my trade and start paper work , I looked at the spreadsheet to see a $3650 recon on 2022 Tacoma 300 miles !!!!!
