Trajector Medical Is a predatory company, I emailed and sent a notorized letter saying I no longer wanted to be represented by them with my VA claim. There team "Charlie", would "coach" you into not being honest and exaggerating the truth so you would win the claim . This was completely unethical and made me feel uncomfortable so I wrote them an email expressing I no longer wanted their representation. They then began calling the VA using my SS# to gain access to my disability percentage. They are now seeking a fee claiming ... read more

Throw c*** in the fan and see what sticks to the wall. Theyll file any and everything and then leave the veteran to answer questions about why they have no documentation for it. This doesnt help, it creates a backlog for people who need the help. After I left my benefits appointment I honestly felt gross because of things they submitted that I had to answer for. On top of that they didnt follow up when I gave them my appointment date until an hour and minutes after my appointment. So they dont prep you as claimed. They are l... read more

Ya know I should have listened to my wife. Or at least done some research. I get it there here to help. But when you do most of the legwork yourself and a dependent drops off within a year 1% of your lifetime gain is a little steep. After the initial conversation your handed off to overseas call centers that have a list of verbiage they recite to a response. Im not even sure what evidence they gathered. I want to share my experience with Trajector Medical to help other Veterans make informed decisions. Unfortunately, I feel the level of service I received was far below what was promised. Despite assurances during the Quality Assurance session that my concerns would be addressed, I was left feeling unsupported, especially with appointments that were critical to my claim. The 30 minute and longer wait time on phone, the hard time talking to some employees due to english language inabilities, the failure to call me back after leaving phone messages.Then sending me a case closure letter as if I screwed up!
