I experienced both disappointment and frustration since I signed the contract with Trajector Medical. The first problem I had was the language barrier. Once I signed the contract, all subsequent phone conversations were with someone from the Philippines. I don’t have any problems with people from the Philippines, but they all have a thick accent and are hard to understand. I am hard of hearing, which has made it what they were saying. I have been filing for VA Disability for years without success until my VA Medical team suggested I refile due to the creation of the recent PACT Act. I did in June 2024. A friend referred me to Trajector Medical in September 2024. Trajector Medical purports to help disabled veterans by preparing forms and reviewing medical records to create "medical evidence" to support disability claims. All they do is get your medical records and submit them. Then call 1 time per month to see if you have heard from VA. They tell you on the phone that they charge 25% of your backpay. They fail to tell you that they .bill you for 5 times the money you receive from the VA. They sent me an invoice for $8975. For 3 months of back pay and I’m assuming retraining my medical records. I refuse to pay that astronomical amount for submitting my medical records, I do not recommend this company

Trajector Medical Services appears to be genuinely concerned about helping disabled veterans get paid from the VA. The truth is, Trajector is more concerned about paying themselves five times the Veteran's award when the final decision is made by the VA claim. This amount is excessive and illegal. The VA Standards of Conduct, 38 C.F.R (Code of Federal Regulations) Section 14.632 (c) 5 and 6, defines companies charging high fees as "claims predator" businesses. They haven't got me any percentage at all. I have questions and all they want to know what VA has sent me via E mail.

I was asked to complete a review after I talked to one of Trajector Medical’s agents. The call did not go well as I voiced my opinion. Initially they seemed very helpful compiling a list of basically everything that could have been possibly service connected. Unfortunately, all but two of those items out of a list of twenty or so conditions are being pursued by the VA as service connected. My left foot which was injured while serving in Panama and PTSD. BEWARE!!! THEIR SERVICES ARE PREDATORY!!!! Filed initial claim and received a 10 percent rating. When I inquired about filing an appeal, Trajector advised they no longer dealt with the appeal process. I paid their fee in increments and fulfilled my financial obligation. From there, I was on my own! I continued to fight independently and filed a supplemental appeal. I found Trajector Medical online and like most likely you, I was impressed with all the positive reviews on Google. Unfortunately, there are many companies that know to solicit positive reviews when they know they will not receive them organically. I do not believe that these are real and genuine reviews. My experience with Trajector Medical began with an initial phone consultation, and it left a poor impression. So far I am not impressed with the service as far as missed calls by my assigned medical assistant at times I waited for call back just to wast my time waiting than getting calls back when i didn't expect them and I was not prepared at that time then getting messages that the longer I waited to review my forms the longer it took for the VA to answer I felt like I was being blamed for your lack of response.
