Ive read the past complaints and I do agree with the complaints that Trajector only assist with the application to the VA. They do not do the foot work or give you the correct wording to submit evidence. I had tremendous difficulty with my medical issues and submitting them into the VA portal. I had to make calls, pay fees for my records, contact my old military unit vets for proofI even had to go to another vet who was successful on his own on the wording on a letter I had to submit to the VA. I used Trajactor to see if I could get my VA benefit increased from ****** to something higher say in the $300. Range. However I was flatly denied on all of my conditions that so was using to justify this request. So far no response from Trajector even though I spoke with them and told them about my experience. Now what???

Trajector does not help as promissed. The payment that they expect does not fairly cover thier lack of support or work. Walk away and use the VA assistance.

Trajector says they will charge you the difference in what they help you get versus what you were getting. This is for 5 months. Instead they overcharge you and make life miserable til you pay it. I would not use them again.

WOW!!! I was so disappointed with Trajector. When I first called Trajector to discuss their fees I was told that they will get a percentage of what I get from the VA Little did. I know that they would take the whole check that I received from the VA when I called to complain? They went through all of my injuries and illnesses that were thought to be military related. They told me when I started that I will only be charged if the disability rating is 50% or more. This is in fact true however, once my rating reached 50% they were completely done with me and within minutes I had a bill. The main problem I have with them is the fact that I asked if they would appeal one of my 10% ratings because I believe it should be more. They told me that couldn't appeal any decisions. Trajector Medical was the worst company I have ever worked with. The initial call seemed to be good then after that I was constantly called by non English speakers that I could not understand. The promise all these things and did not deliver on any of these. They call you or text you and then you call them back and no answer for hours. You text them back and no answer. Its crazy. Did get me a 20% increase in my VA Disability rating, but they fail badly in customer satisfaction. Most of what they promise to do, they don't follow through on. I would never recommend them for any reason.
