At first, I received calls about once a month from different customer service **** saying that they would be handling my case. I went about a month without hearing from Trajector Medical and then they started calling everyday claiming to be interested in my health and well-being and the results of my VA claim. Trajector Medical is a total ripoff. On the front end they claim in their advertisments and in the initial phone calls that they will "assist you in developing your case". The contract they have you sign however says something entirely different. Their "medical evidence collection team" is a call center somewhere in **** filled with ******** artists. Yes they were able to get me an increase, but it would have been nice to know that there are offices like your local DAV that are just as efficient and they Do Not charge you anything. They don't do anything but steal from vets. Great customer service for a place that does the bare minimum, you fill out paperwork they press send... now I owe them 4 grand... despicable

I had informed the company that I went through another company for my increase and not paying double for the same thing and they continue to send emails and text messages. I have already submitted the proper documentation showing what I needed for them.

Highways robbery. Its purpose is to hep veterans get benefits they have earned . But in the end they receive most of all your payout . Its called get yours and we take 5 times the amount you receive. I will never ever recommend this company.

Let me start by saying f I could give 0 stars I would.This company is a scam. No one I spoke with was English their first language. With that language barrier created frustration and confusion. I should have backed out then.I was entered for at least 8 claims, all of which were denied. I received an increase on an already claimed disability. I am currently in-process with Trajector and their office administration is a certificable train wreck.They do not respond to messages sent in, although they tell you to notify them immediately if you received contact from the VA so that they can advise you.Then their customer service line is anything but customer service in that you can never get anyone to pickup the line. Biggest bunch of bullies and idiots I have ever run across. I went through the initial process but when it came to the "agreement" the operator really didn't want me to take it to my lawyer for review. He kept trying to just sign it. Then he said he would answer any questions. When I started asking questions he couldn't answer he started trying to give me fluff answers and dodge questions.
