Go elsewhere to get any help you need to file a claim to increase your benefits. I requested in Jan 2023 that trajector submit a claim for 8 issues I wanted to receive benefits for. Instead they sent over a claim for 1. Once I found this out I called and asked why they did not submit for the other 7 things we talked about, they said that they dont know why there were not submitted and they would go ahead and submit them right away(these were now submitted as of May2023). This company is trying to charge me when I did everything. They didn't help. I got calls from them weekly asking if VA had already made a decision.
I wouldn't recommend them to nobody they are frauds they charge 5x increase for supplemental claim which is illegal to charge any veteran on a initial claim they ask for a diagnosis so they can file a easier claim but you as the veteran has all the medical evidence to file your own claim yourself they aren't even accredited with the VA so stop being lazy veterans file your own claim for free

Lied to from the start.I was told that the company is based out of *******, however, when I sent an email request today 05/27/2024 for "Immediate termination of contract and removal of personal information", the associate informed me that the company does business in *****, ***********, etc...and that my request will take 2 weeks to process.You do not send personal U.S. Military personnel information outside of ***************** and hide it from the client. I reached out to Trajector for help with filing a claim for benefits with the VA, after attempts during 2022 on my own were unsuccessful. My initial contact was *** of 2023. The first thing they did was have me sign a contract indicating the terms of their service. Foolishly and blindly I signed the document. I recently submitted a claim for VA Disability with the VA benefits office. I was dealing with PTSD, and I talked to my doctor about the symptoms, and he suggested I make a claim. The process to complete this claim took about five months. During this time, I coordinated any and all medical appointments, I obtained my medical documentation and military records, and I submitted all requested documentation to the VA. They have not done anything that should demand a payment of over ********* the only thing they did was send us files the watch and forms to fill out

I consented to contact with Trajector Medical from a Social Security Disability councilor. Trajector gathered information from me concerning my military service history. When the subject of active claim came up I told them I did have an active claim. I was instructed to keep them informed of appointments and Drs I saw in the claim resolution. They started off seeming like they cared about veterns but that changed quickly. They did help to get my rating increased. The problem came with the billing. Initially I was told that the cost would be the first 5 months difference in my rating. What they don't tell you is..... yes, the total cost is the 5 months difference but it has to be paid in full within 90 days to avoid penalties and they are gonna call every 10days to herass you until it is paid.
