Close to the theaters and easy in and out. The service was great and all the food was as well.
we went there for a pre-theatre dinner on a Friday night. it was packed and the service very slow but they compensated by offering champagne so we forgave them... other than that, excellent food and good wines, although expensive. we will most certainly go back, just allow more time or maybe not on Friday night
What more can be said: Welcoming staff, beautiful setting, incredible service, great food, even an impressive pre fixe lunch menu. Don't miss this place!
I had the tuna and is was outstanding, my guest had the lasagna and raved about it. but the canoli's were amazing!

This was our fourth time dining here and it was as good as ever! The atmosphere is boisterous and the maître d' treated us like long lost friends. We enjoy the atmosphere and all four of us had different appetizers that were all thoroughly enjoyed. I hate to go to an Italian restaurant and not get pasta, but was intrigued by the Tuna Steak offering and trying to keep it light since we were running the NYC Half Marathon early next morning. Exceptional antipasto bar. The seafood is fresh, with endless choices. After dozens of visits, i have never had a bad meal or less than exceptional service. From the Maitre'D to the coat check, the staff here is friendly, courteous, and dotes on every patron as though they are VIPs. The tables are reasonably well separated, and the various rooms also provide a more private feel (a novelty in NYC).
