As always, the food and service at this Trattoria were excellent. Only draw-back was that the upper room we sat in was very noisy which made talking with our friends difficult.
Food was just ok....scallopini marsala was tasteless
our order came out too fast. (It wasn't expected). Otherwise food was great, service was efficient.
Great food. Went post matinee for a birthday. The service started slow due to a big group nearby, but the recommendations and attentiveness throughout the rest of the meal were excellent. Great selections on food, wine and cocktails.
This was a special occassion dinner and they treated it as such. I have been to this restaurant many times but the staff was so wonderful that my parents asked whether they knew me! The food was great also
We had a wonderful time service was excellent we arrived early and they sat us immediately which was nice. The waiter was helpful and friendly made excellent suggestions.Wine list was very good.We had been there before and had a similar experience. We will definitely be going back
I have been dining here since I moved to NYC in the 80's! The food and service our still as refined as my 1st day. Request the server, Benjamin, as he'll enhance your dining experince. My favorite is the antipasta bar and veal ravioli.
The food was excellent. We went there for the tail end of restaurant week and this was probably one of the best dinners I've had during restaurant week. The waiter was very attentive and friendly as well.
Antipasto bar is a favorite with wonderful choices. Makes a great lunch or dinner. And their pizza has the thinnest crust ever!
