Fantastic authentic Italian. 101 layer lasagne is amazing...be careful though - once you try it you will have to make frequent return trips to satisfy your cravings!

Perfectly located across the street from Carnegie Hall; We enjoyed a very pleasant meal with very good food, attentive service and good drinks. There's a reason this place has had staying power over the years....it's better than it has to be.
Just a favorite of mine and my wife's for at least 15 years. The food is great, the ambiance is very energetic and knowing the manager makes it a go-to place for us.The wait staff are always friendly and helpful.
The veal was tender and the favors were perfect. The pasta was cooked just right and the meat sauce was very good. The wine list was reasonable. Very nice atmosphere.

Quite nice. We even got to see Renee Fleming at the restaurant after we saw her across the street at Carnegie Hall. A good evening.
Food was excellent and well priced for New York. Service was a bit slow to start, but our server was very friendly and did a nice job. It is a typical New York restaraunt, you sit on top of the people next to you and it is EXTREMELY loud. The pizza was amazing as were the deserts. Wine list was marginal.
