Terrible. Call a bank
Why was I even match by credit karma with these people who only approve excellent credit customers and clearly you could have seen my credit report prior to pre-approving me??? Very slow in responding, pretty much waste of time as they are not a lender! WASTE OF TIME!!!!
I filled out the application and stayed on top of them to make sure they had everything they needed. They came back with a lower rate but added 12 months to my current loan. I told them "No thank you, I will keep looking". Got a letter in the mail telling me why the rejected my loan. It was completely innacurrate.
I have tried with this company to get a better interest rate, They promise me to have 4% 66 months and a low payment, I sent all my documents ( a lot of documents) , the process took about 2 weeks, at the end they couldn't give me a loan since my Driver License has a Limited Term by 3 years they rather reject my application cause my visa has 3 years term but I tell them that I will renew it... even with that they reject my application for the original agreement
Please do not apply for this loan unless you have good credit. I applied then they told me they could not help me. After a few minutes they say they could do something then went right back to say they couldn't do anything. They ran my credit giving me another inquiry for nothing.
They send me email asking to call them, when I called, guy did my credit check and only then asked if I am US citizen, so now my scrore dropped, and I did not find any crear term that US citizenship is required
DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE GOOD CREDIT!!! If you decide not to go with them you will still take a hit to your credit for even applying!! DONT APPLY UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU WILL GET IN WITH "IFS" FOR SURE!!!
I seen the ad here for IFS and it stated I qualifed for a 3.49% interest rate that would take my payment down to $548 a month, saving me $120 a month. So I applied. WRONG thing to do, I . After I applied I received a phone call for more info, so I gave it to the guy and he said he had to make sure what the pay off was on the truck and he would get back to me as soon as the loan went through. This isn't a bank, financial institution or lender of any sort. They're simply the "search engine" and shop your information around to NUMEROUS lenders, some with questionable reputations. I eventually was given some options, but this was after they shopped me around and pulled FOUR hard inquiries, bye bye 50+ FICO points. Their overall operation still seems to be stuck about 20 years back as far as technology. Do yourself a favor, stay away from places like this and try your local Credit Union.
