This place was extremely incompetent. After going back and forth for 3 weeks, I finished all of the documents for them to assist in the refinance of my vehicle. They stated I just have to wait for the payment to my current lean holder. This was 12/14/21. The website stated payment was being submitted. I don’t even think I have time or the energy to write about how truly awful my experience was. From the beginning my FA didn’t know the difference between a dealer buyout quote and a personal quote. I asked for a managers name or contact several time and was denied until I called through their notary service and was given direct contact info. Complete waste of time and so unprofessional. My finically adviser was Vincent Rosaro - Barros, he would never get back to me, he wouldn’t answer my calls or texts. So unorganized & so unprofessional wasted my time even after he told me I was fully approved. Highly recommend to stay far away from this company.
I scheduled a test drive for an Avis rental car. They rescheduled once and I said fine I can accommodate. When I was on my way to the rental location, 10min before the appointment, I was told the car was not there and they need to cancel/reschedule. And they are absolutely not willing to take any responsibility because "it's a rental car, this happens a lot". And literally told me I can just "walk back home". If you value your time, look elsewhere.
Was quoted at one rate and then received documents that had a rate much higher. Was never informed about an insane $400 fee that Tresl charges. Why would I would pay them for my business. The company makes $ from the interest I pay.
This company is disorganized and over complicated. I have re financed my vehicles a handful of times in the past with other companies. Never have I had the issues that I have had with Tresl. The paperwork they ask you to fill out has a number of things that it tells you to do that is then contradicted somewhere else in paperwork. There are signature fields that are highlighted as "required" that are not actually required. Like the signature of the inspector at DMV... that is not required. The person I spoke to was very pleasant and tried his best but I feel that it was a complete waist of time after running my credit and even having a coapplicant, that they could not find me a loan with any other companies. I have no intentions of taking credit karma's advice in the future. I will apply through my credit Union like my dad suggested.
Waste of time. Quoted at one rate and then approved for a rate double the initial rate.
Just read all the nonsense reviews of this company. Not a single review that has anything to do with the lender.
