Disappointed service.
I think these people leaving these great reviews work for these people, because they deny everything if you don't have a wonderful credit score. What is the purpose of trying to build credit if people keep shooting you down? Just stupid.
They refuse to refinance me because I driver Uber. WTF does that have to do with anything. I pay my car note from driving Uber in two days. I have a 2015 Camry. I could put 100000 miles on that car and the value would barely move. What a complete waste of time and waste of a hard inquiry to my credit history! Couldn't even get my rep on the phone once. We ended up doing everything through e-mails and voicemai. It's almost like they are doing it from there home or something.
I had to enter ALL my info before I get to the very last page and my truck is a 2008 - to refinance (because CK said it was a great recommendation) - and they started refinancing at 2009.....waste of my time!!!!!
I was rejected because I am a UBER driver. What is the problem wiht this? It is my car not theirs. They said that because I appield by Credit Karma they will not touch my credit but they did. Now I preffer to try with a local FCU better that a Credit Karma's recommendations.
The application process is long and convoluted, often asking for documents I've already sent numerous times which made me concerned from the start. Loooooong story short, they're not the financial institution refinancing your loan, they're simply "brokers" shopping your loan around, majority of which are to sub prime lenders despite my 700 EQ score and no other debts. So they offered me a slightly lower APR and slightly lower monthly payment but that would close the account (major impact on credit score) as well as the NUMER... read more
Pulled credit, refused to answer calls or emails. Never found out if loan app was even looked at, considered or denied...well obviously. No response is a denial in my book...could have saved the hard enquiry for the non response that cane afterwards....Credit Karma lose this one from your referral banks...
I applied, Completed all the information. Cordially answered all the their questions. Finally got to the end and explained that I was self-employed. The asked do I use the car in my business. I answered that it was my primary vehicle and I use to drive to appointments. Quick response was, we consider that a company car and we can't help you. Quick to disconnect after that.
I applied for this because Credit Karma recommended it however we played phone tag for a week...It probably isnt a great company if you cant ever talk to a person and can only leave messages!
