The person I spoke to was very pleasant and tried his best but I feel that it was a complete waist of time after running my credit and even having a coapplicant, that they could not find me a loan with any other companies. I have no intentions of taking credit karma's advice in the future. I will apply through my credit Union like my dad suggested.
Waste of time. Quoted at one rate and then approved for a rate double the initial rate.
Just read all the nonsense reviews of this company. Not a single review that has anything to do with the lender.
These reviews seem like the agents themselves wrote them. Who the hell remembers the agent you worked with? The reviews seem very specific. I didn't put a star rating and don't want to give or take away credit unfairly as I have not used this company.
Requested that I put money down?
They make it appear that according to your score they can get a lower rate. They gave a higher rate and payment. The scores aren't actual and they don't use Experian which most finance companies do. Do the homework before applying.
Don't believe what you read. I thought I'd get a whole lot better interest rate and not screwed, blued, and tattooed.
Went through the entire application process; had a call from the refi advisor; answered the same questions as online, only to be told that the offer is not available to permanent residents. I answered the citizenship question in the initial application and it still took me through the entire process. What a waste of time.
APPLICATION WAS A WASTE OF TIME.
