Just because you see credit karma telling you that this company will give you a low interest rate and lower your payments doesn't mean it'll actually happen. They're only pulling a soft inquiry. After doing a hard pull the interest rate actually went up 3% and the loan length was triple so I did not choose this company It was a waste of my time
Misleading, everyone that pre-qualifies does get an offer.
This is a scam. Teases you with a rates lower than 3% and come back with 8% offers. My credit score and income qualifies me for the lowest rate possible. Go to a regular bank.
Was told that i would get my results next day via email by a agent and now its been 3 + days and i am still waiting. I do not want to go for new application because of risk of running credit checking credit inquiry multiple times. It has been a waste so far. will update soon.
The % posted was not what came back in the offers. The loan was also extended from 55 months to 84 months.
I went through their pre qualification process but was told they had no offers for me Wow. I have a credit score of 800, zero credit card debt, homeowner, excellent income. I'm just wondering who actually does qualify for their services?
They will run you through a ton of companies. The rate that it suggested I didn't get! They also messed up on the year of my vehicle which has been an issue. On top of it, it's been over a week and a half and I can't get any info. I only choose them because of the interest rate they said I could get on this suggestion! Otherwise I would of went to a local credit union! It's been a nightmare and if they hadn't already ran our credit a million times then I wouldn't even considering to finish the process!!!!
I have fair credit and have been paying 11% interest for 16 months so far. $518 a month and they refused to help me. Mind you, I've been early and on time with all my car payments. After denying me over the phone they just hung up on me after they told me I wasn't approved. No explanations.
Said it wouldn't ding my credit score to find an offer, but it did. They also were only going to save me $20 a month lower than my original car loan... Waste of my time, energy, and a credit check.
