Very bad stay I’m very disappointed and will not be back Was not clear had a bad smell the room was smell like mildew and the hallway too house keeping don’t clean the room unless you call downstairs and speak to a supervisor I will not be back here I did not like the stay

Came down to relax for our birthdays asked for a smoking room didn’t get one staff was rude never staying there again Pool closes too early Inside pool was terrifying Staff was rude Bed was comfortable and air was great

It was good for the most part but they have too do something about there elevators The fact that they elevators took so long I was there Fromm the 27-01 and one day cause I used the electric scooter the elevators took an whole hour to come so I can get on because it was so crowded and mind you I was on the havana side there was five elevators and only two worked How it has more restaurants and stores inside

never again in the chelsea towers I will never book a stay at the Chelsea towers again. It was like the section 8 of tropicana. The room was dirty, the decor was old and outdated. You can hear what's going on in everyone's room as you pass. and then there's the issue with the elevators, first of all you have to actually find the proper elevator to get you there, as this tower is way on the opposite side of the parking garage. and then you have to transfer to a separate elevator to even get to your room. It wasn’t like my other stays. Too many kids and a lot of noise especially after 1am in the hallways. Rooms were clean

Had potential but hotel ruined it. Everything else. My room was extremely outdated and dirty. The bar in the shower was broken and there was black mold under the sink. Along with mildew and other parts of the room were dirty. The shower was a nightmare and had barely any water pressure which made showering uncomfortable. Tainted our whole experience. Need to do better when we’re being charged 300 dollars a night. Would love a refund of some sort but I’m sure that won’t happen. The restaurants and stores were nice
