Fair Housekeeping, wished they came in and cleaned the room, empty the trash, etc ...... Didn't like where we had to park, too far from the Lobby/check in....I had two handicap sisters with me. Not convenient!!! Also, people behind the desk didn't offer any extra information, unless I asked about things.

Bad No one clean the room or sent towels the water was brown they told us to run the water until it turned clear they did call 911 for me when my mom had to be rushed to the hospital and was there for the entire stay

First, thanks for the high floor with a view of the ocean. My stay was good. Offer water when a drink is ordered. I was there for 3 nights. I had to call for fresh towels and coffee. “I don’t clean that room” said the housekeeper 2 doors down.?! She did give me some coffee though. So I tipped her since I never saw or experienced MY housekeeper. Also, if you plan to continue having smoking rooms, a fan would be nice since the windows can’t be open! Security for the show was unorganized, vending machines were broken, and no water in the hotel. The vent in the bathroom was loud and consistent. The room was very nice and clean.

had a good time at casino. and the club and the Mexican restaurant was really good the room was so outdated definitely needs updating and better amenities
