it was ok vending machines were all out of order . booked a smoking room and the alarms went off 3 times . felt uncomfortable having security come in to fix it each time hotel was nice

Bad the room we were in was dirt with hair everywhere and the A/C did not work when it was 87 outside don’t stay in the West tower

Bad got stuck in the elevator didn’t like the property very poor communication

Fair Check in was at 4..long lines to check in..2 staff members & kiosks were broken..only 2 out of 6 working..after waiting 40 mins got to a kiosk and it said our room wasent available at the time..5pm..they would email me..never did. We went back..stood in line again and finally got helped. Horrible experience The room was big..bed comfortable

Atlantic City is a great place if you stay at Oceans Casino Borgata or even Harrah's never had an is Tropicana has Very dirty rooms and they have bed bugs and they know it. Atlantic City is great!

Fair I paid for a South tower one bedroom suit and was given a Havana tower one bedroom suit so wasn't happy about that Always love everything
