Fair. They had us wait for over an hour when check in time was at 4 pm. I reserved for a 1 KING BEDROOM and they told me that wouldn't be ready until about 8 pm! So we had to get stuck in another room instead which was less convenient. I checked in through the kiosk and was told to WAIT. I then had to go through about 3-4 different LONG lines to wait and get helped. I like that it has a good variety of places to eat. Close to the beach! The room was clean as well.

Dirty and Outdated Room was dirty, outdated. Stains on walls, holes on furniture and walls. Carpet was dirty. Staff was rude. I called to ask for material and they never committed after waiting for hours. Love the market area, and restaurants that is the only reason I would go visit Tropicana. I would never lodge there again.

Bad The room smelled like cigarettes and sheets and then it was a connecting room people in other room was noisy banging on wall and fighting called and complained not got done Like the view
